Procedure Details

Patient with 20 year old 200 cc silicone implants desired a larger, fuller breast size and treatment of breast discomfort associated with her implants. Capsulectomy was performed and her original 200cc Dow Corning silicone implants were exchanged for Mentor 450cc Smooth Round Moderate Plus silicone implants.

Breast Augmentation Revision

Revision of prior breast augmentation is a frequently performed procedure. The procedures performed vary depending on the problem(s) being corrected. This procedure was performed through her prior inframammary incision so additional scars were not necessary. Her mild mammary ptosis was also improved by the increase in implant size.
