Arm and Breast Surgery Combo
Brachioplasty (arm lift surgery) is often performed at the same time as a mastopexy (breast lift), particularly after weight loss. This procedure may include removal of loose, saggy skin and fat of the lateral chest wall that persists between the axilla and the breast. This tissue may be removed or, as in this case, it can be kept attached to its blood supply and placed into the upper part of the breast to add a small amount of volume and improve breast shape.
