Baltimore Body Contouring

This is a 46 year old mother of twins who was unsuccessful with weight loss attempts and presented with hopes of improving her abdominal and hip contour with surgery. She carried much of her excess weight in this area and underwent extended abdominoplasty and flankplasty to remove the excess skin and fat and tighten the abdominal wall muscles. A total of 3946 grams of tissue was removed (8.7 pounds). She had a smooth recovery with a very nice result.
