This 29-year-old Caucasian female came to the office interested in breast augmentation. She wore a 38B cup bra and desired to be at least a D cup post-surgery. It was noted that she had bilaterally constricted breasts, low nipple position and asymmetry of the breasts. Patient elected to have the nipples lifted with a nipplepexy and to enlarge her breast size with silicone implants. She was very happy with her new appearance and could not wait to show off her new figure in her wedding dress.

The after photos are 4 months post-surgery. Note that the nipple position is lifted and the breasts appear to more symmetrical. Dr. Woodyard used a 525cc smooth round moderate plus profile silicone implant on her right breast and a 500cc smooth round moderate plus profile silicone implant on her left. The slight difference in implant volume gave the patient more symmetrical breasts. More
