Neck Contouring

This 40 year old man of normal weight was very unhappy with the shape and size of his neck and his weak chin. He underwent aggressive liposuction of the neck, cervicoplasty(tightening of the muscles beneath the chin)  and chin augmentation with a Medpor extended chin implant which provided him a total neck transformation. The addition of the extended anatomic implant enhanced not only the appearance of his chin, but improved the entire neck contour.

Liposuction is just one tool used for the neck line. The procedures to improve neck contour range from simply injecting Kybella(for a small change) all the way up to a lower face and neck lift with fat removal and muscle tightening with loose skin removal.
