This 48 year old male desired a change in his facial appearance . He wished to look more pleasant and also wanted a more youthful appearance. He elected to have a mid-facelift to improve the appearance of his cheeks, a necklift, and upper and lower blepharoplasty . He elected to add a chin implant to improve the contour of his chin and neckline.

The midface lift elevated the soft tissues of the cheeks to add fullness where he previously was sunken. This also improved his deep nasolabial folds. More
